Demo Weave Cloud at AWS re:Invent
The world’s largest gathering of the Amazon Web Services community is nearly upon us. AWS re:Invent 2016 is in Las Vegas from Nov. 28 – Dec. 2. Weaveworks will be in attendance as a silver sponsor. And we have some big news–Weave Cloud is finally here! We are so excited to share it with the world and our current Weave users. If you’re attending AWS re:Invent, you’ll have the opportunity to demo Weave Cloud in person at our booth.
What is Weave Cloud?
Weave Cloud is a hosted management, monitoring and visualization platform for microservice and containerized applications– it’s a full-fledged microservices console. Weave Cloud integrates fully with your development lifecycle.
It brings Weave Scope, Weave Flux, and Weave Cortex together. Cortex enables Prometheus-based monitoring capabilities while Weave Scope allows you to interact with your distributed application and its containers in real time. Flux makes the link from your code commits to your running system, deploying fresh container images as they graduate from continuous integration. Cloud makes it easier for you to build and operate applications.
Meet the team in the flesh
See Weave Cloud in action at Weaveworks’ booth, #1140. The Weave team will be there to answer your questions about Weave Cloud and all of our other open source projects. We’d love to hear what you’ve been working on and share how Weave can help you simplify container management.
Weaveworks is also part of this year’s AWS Passport Program, so don’t forget to get your stamp.
You won’t want to miss breakout sessions featuring Weaveworks’ Alfonso Acosta and Mathew Lodge. Register for Alfonso’s session Operations Management with ECS (CON301) to hear how you can use Weave Net and Weave Scope for container networking and app visualization. Then join Matthew for The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of Container Networking where he’ll talk about advances in container networking and how you can simplify app deployment on AWS.
