Software Engineering Jobs And More: Weaveworks Is Hiring
Hiring for software engineering jobs and more! The Weaveworks team is growing. We’re looking for candidates knowledgeable in Kubernetes who are passionate about cloud native applications, CI/CD pipelines, and customer satisfaction to join our amazing team.

Join a growing team that loves everything cloud native
Weaveworks was founded in 2014 as a “developer-centric” company. Our mission is to empower DevOps teams and developers to operate complex containerized applications with ease. We are members of the open source community, contributing to projects such as Weave Scope, Weave Cortex, Weave Flux, and eksctl. We also originated the term “GitOps” and practice the GitOps methodology in everything we do.
We’re continuing to minimize workload complexity and drive cloud native transformation, but we need some help from new hires who will support our customers’ goals.
We are currently seeking software engineers, field engineers, a community manager, developer advocate, and customer-minded solutions architects to join our team across the globe. There are Weaveworks offices in London, San Francisco, and Berlin, but some jobs are open to remote workers. The complete list of open positions can be found here and at the end of this post.
What is it like to work for Weaveworks?
Since we are dedicated to open source, it shouldn’t be a surprise that Weaveworks is a collaborative environment. We collaborate internally as well as with contributors to our open source projects. We encourage employees to engage with those using our tools so we can work to add necessary features.
We have a team of intelligent forward-thinkers, and we aim to give them a platform to share their knowledge. Because we encourage this, they often speak at local conferences, meetup events, webinars, or write tutorials and blog posts about the work they are doing.
We attend numerous industry events and trade shows each year, such as KubeCon and DockerCon. Team members are able to attend panel discussions, submit applications to present, and interact with customers at our booth. And most importantly, have fun!
At Weaveworks, we work hard, but we love what we do and at the end of the day we have a lot of fun as a team. You can find more details about working at Weaveworks on our hiring page.
